Terms and Conditions – Miami Cleaning Group USA

The following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“Customer”) and Miami Cleaning Group USA LLC (“Company”). By using our website, booking a service, or receiving any cleaning services from the Company (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Services
Miami Cleaning Group USA provides residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning services, including but not limited to: general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, disinfection, window washing, home organizing, appliance cleaning, balcony cleaning, and special event cleaning.
2. Eligibility
Services are available to individuals 18 years or older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By booking, you confirm you meet these criteria and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Booking and Payment

Miami Cleaning Group USA may make available to you offers, discounts and other promotions, including our referral programs (each a “Promotion,” collectively “Promotions”). Promotions may expire and are subject to change without notice. Promotions, including payments and rewards received as a result of any Promotion, are nontransferable and cannot be combined with any other Promotion or redeemed for cash. In order to secure jobs for Service Providers using our platform, Miami Cleaning Group USA offers promotions/discounts and from time to time, the Service Provider(s) may be subject to receive payment out of the discounted rate.
Additionally, rewards such as gift cards, gift certificates and vouchers that are issued by a third-party in connection with a Promotion may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by such third-party issuer. Miami Cleaning Group USA does not guarantee the timing of payments or rewards. Payments and rewards may be subject to state and federal taxes. Miami Cleaning Group USA may require you to submit a completed IRS W-9 form as a condition of eligibility for any Promotion and issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to you as a result of receiving any payment or reward in connection with any Promotion. Promotions are subject to additional terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of any Promotion, the terms and conditions of the Promotions will control.
Refer a Friend and Referral Fee
A $5,000 referral fee will be charged by Miami Cleaning Group USA if our present or former workers provide cleaning services outside of Miami Cleaning Group USA.
You may also be entitled to receive the Refer a Friend Bonus (the “RF Bonus”) if: following a referral by you of a friend to Miami Cleaning Group USA (in accordance with the referral procedure of Miami Cleaning Group USA), the friend opens a user account with Miami Cleaning Group USA. When gaining referral credits, you must ensure each credit comes from a new invited friend. If either you or the friend are entitled to receive any other bonus, prize, or benefit from Miami Cleaning Group USA in connection with the activities that give rise to the entitlement to the RF Bonus, then you and the friend will receive the higher of the RF Bonus or the other bonus, prize or benefit, to be decided at the sole discretion of Miami Cleaning Group USA.
There is no limit on the number of RF Bonuses you may receive, subject to these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that an RF Bonus will be granted once per friend. Miami Cleaning Group USA’s decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the RF Bonus and shall not be subject to review or appeal by you or any third party.
7. Reviews and Communication
By leaving reviews or providing feedback, you grant Miami Cleaning Group USA the right to display and use your comments for promotional purposes.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

3. Booking and Payment
- A valid payment method is required to schedule a service.
- All payments are processed electronically; cash payments are not accepted.
- Final price may be adjusted if property conditions differ significantly from the original description.
- Providers are paid directly by the Company after the Customer has paid in full.
- Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before service without penalty.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Re-clean or refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after service completion.
- Our cleaners are insured; however, liability for damages is limited to a maximum of $200 per booking.
- The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or unsafe conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the property is unsafe, unsanitary, or materially different from the description provided at booking.
